A roast goose worth crossing KL for
Ask our regulars why they keep coming back, and most give the same answer: the goose.
We roast it the Cantonese way, slowly and without shortcuts. Each goose is seasoned from the inside, left to dry until the skin is taut, then roasted until it turns a deep mahogany that crackles at the first bite. Underneath, the meat stays tender and full of juice.
It comes to the table sliced and glistening, finished with its own savoury sauce and a scatter of toasted sesame. Simple, honest and very hard to stop eating.

Roast goose is best pre-ordered. Choose a quarter, half or whole goose when you reserve.
Roast goose, sweet mango and a pillowy bun
Crisp, savoury roast goose. Cool, ripe mango. A warm steamed bun to bring them together, finished with a spoonful of rich sauce.
It sounds unusual until the first bite, and then it makes perfect sense. Our team assembles each bun at your table, so it reaches you warm and just made.
