How much does a celebration cost?

Celebration menus start from RM50 per person. The final price depends on the dishes you choose, your group size and the date. Tell us your budget per person and we will suggest a menu that fits.

How many guests can you host?

We host celebrations for 10 to 130 guests. For smaller groups, simply reserve a table.

Can we bring a birthday cake or decorations?

Yes. Bring your own cake and we will keep it in the fridge or freezer for you. We don't provide decorations, but you're welcome to come early to decorate or hire a decorator (please don't use tape on the walls). We can also add extra potted plants.

Do you have private rooms?

Yes. We have three bamboo-lined private rooms for 14 guests each (joined for up to 42), a VIP Hall for up to 50, a Garden Hall for up to 82 and our Main Hall for up to 130. All are air-conditioned. Compare them on our private rooms page.

Can the menu be customised or cater to dietary needs?

Yes. Set menus can be tailored to your budget and dietary needs, and we serve vegetarian-friendly dishes. Let us know about allergies in your enquiry and the kitchen will plan around them.

Is the food halal?

No. Riverview Village is a non-halal Chinese restaurant. Please keep this in mind when planning for guests who require halal meals.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own wine or spirits, and there is no corkage charge. Outside beer isn't allowed, as we serve beer at the restaurant.

Can we order à la carte instead of a set menu?

Yes. Every booking, including private rooms, can order from our à la carte menu or choose our executive and annual dinner set menus.

Can I see your menus first?

Of course. Browse our à la carte and set menus on our Menus page.

How far ahead should we book?

We recommend enquiring at least 1–2 weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, public holidays and festive seasons.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The entrance and all our dining rooms, including the private rooms and halls, are wheelchair accessible, and we have a wheelchair-accessible toilet.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking is available at the restaurant.
